
Ingredient:
16 oz Tofu Shirataki Spaghetti 4 cups Broccoli (finely chopped) 1.5 cups Dry Pancake Mix 12 oz White Crabmeat (drained) 1/2 cup Egg Whites (4 egg whites) 1/4 tsp Salt 1 tsp Pepper (to taste) Light Top Sour Cream
Direction:
1. Rinse Shirataki Noodles (drain well and pat dry) 2. Place noodls in a bowl and heat in microwave for 1 minute 3. Remove noodles for bowl (pat dry throughly) 4. Cut noodles into 4 inches 5. Combine all ingredients in a bowl (mix well) 6. Coat skillet with oil and over medium heat 7. Scoop 2 tbsp of mixtures for 3 inch crab cake 8. Press gently with spatula to form a cake cook until golden beown on both sides (REPEAT PROCESS) 9. Top with a spoonful of light sour cream for better flavor
