
Ingredient:
7 oz Squid (fresh, prepared) 1 Lemon Peel 2 tbsp Caviar 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
Direction:
1. Cut squid in half, lengthways, then cut each half into 2-3 pieces, with no piece bigger than ¼ inch thick. Then cut these sections into paper thin slices, or as thin as possible. 2. Cut lemon peel into small rectangles about ¼ inch wide and ½ inches long. Score down the middle, fold them back along the score to look like pine needles. 3. Combine squid, lemon peel, and caviar within serving bowls, and add Soy Sauce to taste.
