
1 tsp Olive Oil 1/2 cup Onions (chopped) 1/4 cup Black Beans 1 tbsp Salsa 1/2 cup Tomato (diced) 1/2 packet Sazon Goya Seasoning 1/2 Avocado (diced) 1 packet Tofu Shirataki Noodles
Direction:
1. Heat Oil in pan. Once hot, place onions in pan and cook until tender (about 2-3 minutes.) 2. Put in black beans and salsa. Combine and allow mixture to cook for 2-3 minutes. 3. Put in diced tomatoes and 1/2 fo Sazon packet. Mix and allow to cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. While mixture is cooking, prepare Tofu Shirataki Noodles by straining and heating in microwave for 2 minutes. Combine noodles with miture on stovetop. 5. Once noodles and Mexican mixture have been combined, piur onto serving plate. Sprinkle diced avocado over dish.
