Java Brownie Sundae

Java Brownie Sundae

Sweet, gooey brownies topped with creamy ice cream and homemade fudge sauce are a special treat. A touch of coffee flavor in both the brownies and the sauce give this delicious version a savory edge. Put all of the ingredients out and let your guests assemble their sundaes themselves!
Ingredient:
3/4 cup Granulated Sugar 1/2 cup Butter or Margarine (1 stick) 2 tbsp Water 2 tbsp Instant Coffee 4 oz Semi - Sweet Chocolate Baking Bars (broken into pieces) 1 1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 1 1/3 cup All Purpose Flour 2 large Eggs 1/4 tsp Salt 1 gal Vanilla Ice Cream 1/4 tsp Baking Soda 1/2 cup French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer 2 tbsp Instant Coffee 1 cup Marshmallow Cream 4 oz Semi - Sweet Chocolate Baking Bars (broken into pieces)
Direction:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease 13 x 9 inch baking pan. 2. Sugar, butter, water and coffee granules in large, microwave safe bowl on HIGH POWER for 3 to 4 minutes or until mixture bubbles. 3. Add broken baking bar; stir until melted. 4. Stir in vanilla extract. 5. Add flour, baking soda and salt; stir well. 6. Pour into prepared baking pan. 7. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out slightly sticky. 8. Cool in pan on wire rack for 1 to 2 hours. Cut into pieces 9. Top the brownies with ice cream and fudge sauce. 10. Garnish with whipped cream and chopped nuts, if desired. 11. Heat instant coffee and coffee granules in medium sauce pan over low heat until coffee is dissolved. 12. Stir in marshmallow cream and broken bars. 13. Continue heating over lowest heat possible until mixture is smooth and chocolate is melted. Spoon over brownies and ice cream to serve.
