
Ingredient:
6 Abalone 2 tbsp Sake 4 Bean Pods (extra large) 1 tsp Wasabi 1 tsp soy sauce
Direction:
1. Sprinkle ½ tsp salt on abalone. Rub with a dry cloth, wash thoroughly, then salt again. 2. Douse with sake, let stand in small saucepan over low heat for 15 minutes. 3. Discard shell, pat meat dry with paper towels. Cut abalone into finger size pieces. 4. Blanch broad bean pods in hot water for a few seconds. Remove outer skin from beans, cut each one into 4 pieces. 5. Mix the wasabi with 1 ½ tsp of water
